Multiple Internships via Organic Career Network - Remote, Hybrid, Nationwide

The Organic Career Network (OCN) is a national career hub advancing workforce development across the organic food and farming sector. Our flagship program is a paid internship program that funds hands-on, mentored experiences for students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals across organic agriculture, certification, policy, research, communications, advocacy, education, and more.

Through OCN’s internship program, participants are paid through the network while working with mission-driven host organizations and taking part in a cohort model that includes virtual sessions and community learning. Internships run in 10–12-week cycles and may be remote, in-person, or hybrid, offering flexible options across geographic regions.
