Field Crew Internship I Maidstone Harvest (Annapolis, MD) • April 2026 • September 2026
What started as a small kitchen garden has grown into a working 2-acre farm supplying some of our favorite farm-to-table restaurants in Annapolis. We focus on high-quality, seasonal produce and work closely with chefs who care about what ends up on the plate.
We are looking to bring on a few solid people to join our field crew.
This is hands-on work. You will be out in the elements, working with a tight team, and helping grow, harvest, and pack produce that goes straight to local kitchens.
What You'll Do
• Planting, harvesting, and washing crops
• Field prep and general fann maintenance
• Assisting with packing and deliveries
• Supporting day-to-day farm operations
What You'll Get
• Paid position ($15-$20/hr based on experience)
• Hands-on experience in sustainable fanning
• Exposure to crop planning, seasonality, and real farm operations
• A solid crew and a good place to spend your days
Who This Is For
• Someone who likes working outside and does not mind getting dirty
• Reliable, shows up, works hard
• Interested in food, fanning, or just learning something new
• No experience required, but it helps
