Paid Internship Opportunities
Summary:
Emory Knoll Farms, Inc. is looking for motivated individuals who are interested in gaining experience in the fields of Horticulture, Environmental Science, Biology, Engineering, and Ecology. We are a wholesale propagation nursery that specializes in green roof plants and native perennials. This is a paid position, with a 40-hour week possible, that will be open from April through September of 2026. Flexible scheduling is available to accommodate classwork and more. Traditional work weeks (Monday through Friday) or weekend scheduling is available.
Interns will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of the nursery, from propagation to growing techniques, and even shipping plants to our customers. The right candidates are team-oriented, self-motivated, eager to learn, and open to new experiences. This is a position that will regularly perform physically demanding functions, mostly outside or within a greenhouse setting; exposure to a wide range of temperature and weather conditions is guaranteed, so proper clothing and preparation is required.
